Sales Price for Service

During the service of the mobile phone application called: “Twelve by Sodexo” (the “Application”) the customer will see the Sales Price on the settlement page during the transaction process. Before any payment is made, the customer is able to choose whether to proceed and pay for the sales order or to cancel it. The Sales Price is calculated by the total value of the items (products/services) each customer has chosen to purchase.

After every completed transaction, the customer will receive an email (unless they manually turn this notification service off) with full details of the sales order (including date of purchase, an itemised list of items purchased and their quantity, Total Sales Price, Consumption Tax contained within the Total Sales Price, and the Company details in case the customer wishes to get in contact.

Necessary Expenses Other Than the Sales Price

*Provided that the internet access fee and other fees regarding communication through telecommunication lines shall be separately borne by each customer (the amount is as designated by respective service providers contracted by the customer).

Exchanges, Refunds and Cancellations

In relation to the service provided through the Application, the Company will not accept any withdrawal or cancellation of the transaction after the payment procedure is completed.

In case of any defect in the service or product the customer has purchased, the Company will deal with it in accordance with relevant provisions in the Terms of Use.

The customer is able to raise an issue against any transaction or order through the Application. This message is sent to the Company’s helpdesk in Tokyo who will endeavour to resolve the customer’s issue promptly (see Service hours above).

Delivery Timing (i.e., Timing of the Provision of Service)

The customer’s purchased items will be delivered immediately after the payment procedure is completed or the following business day depending on which functionality the customer is using – as set forth in the Terms of Use of the Application.

Sales Price (Including Consumption Tax)

During the service of Application, the customer will see the Sales Price (including consumption tax) on the settlement page during the transaction process. Before any payment is made, the customer is able to choose whether to proceed and pay for the sales order or to cancel it. For every transaction made through the Application, the customer is also able to view a receipt within the Application. The customer can choose to email that receipt to their pre-defined email address which they used to register with the Application.
